Summary An evaluation of Project START, Stop Truancy and Recommend Treatment, beginning
in the 1998-1999 school year. By integrating School District of Philadelphia
and Family Court records, the investigators examined changes in attendance outcomes
and the relative effects of services provided by community-based services and
the Department of Human Services.
